Winkler Middle School - <br />$21,324 <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Cabarrus County Schools has requested the County place $21,324 into <br />escrow to compensate Mr. and Mrs. Chris Newsome for easements on <br />their land located at 4393 Weddington Road, Concord, NC. The road <br />right -of -way and temporary construction easements are for road <br />improvements required for the completion of the H.E. Winkler Middle <br />School. According to G.S. 115C- 426(f), the Board of County <br />Commissioners must approve the amount to be spent for the school site. <br />Funds are available for this expenditure. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to approve the placement of $21,324 into escrow for easements <br />on the Newsome property for road improvements at the H.E.
