E <br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 21, 2011 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />Appointments to Boards and Committees <br />SUBJECT: <br />Appointments - Food Policy Council (FPC) <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Due to resignations, appointments are needed to replace Linda Goodwin <br />(physician) and David Soliday (marketing /nutrition) on the FPC. The FPC <br />Executive Committee recommends the following: Jane Henderson's seat <br />(alternate [florist /farmer]) be reclassified as a regular voting position; <br />reclassify the vacant "physician" seat to an "alternate" position since there <br />are two (2) "physician" seats on the Council; appoint Jessica Castrodale <br />to fill the "marketing /nutrition" seat and appoint Shannon Johnson as an <br />alternate.
