CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 21, 2011 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />' Consent Agenda <br />' SUBJECT: <br />County Attorney - Approval of Grant of Permanent Greenway and <br />Sanitary Sewer Easements for PIN #'s 5620 -21 -1889 & 5620 -22 -9833 <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />When the BOC agreed to convey the "Larkhaven" property to Habitat for <br />' Humanity some time ago, it retained some control over conveyances. <br />Now, the City of Concord wants to put a sewer line and greenway through <br />part of the property. Habitat is okay with the installation and both <br />' entities request that the BOC grant the following easement, which is in <br />draft form. <br />t REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to approve the grant of permanent greenway and sanitary sewer <br />easements between Cabarrus County and Habitat for Humanity Cabarrus <br />County, Inc. for PIN #'s 5620 -21 -1889 & 5620 -22 -9833 and authorize the <br />County Manager to execute easements on behalf of Cabarrus County. <br />' EXPECTED LENGTH OF PRESENTATION: <br />' SUBMITTED BY: <br />Richard M.
