One bid was received for $10.00. The Tax Department has <br />confirmed that the bidder is current on all property taxes owed to the <br />County. <br />' REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Consider a motion to accept or reject the bid from Steven Wright, A New <br />Beginning, for $10. <br />' If needed, authorize the County Manager, County Attorney and the Clerk <br />to the Board to execute any documentation related to the sale of real <br />property. <br />EXPECTED LENGTH OF PRESENTATION: <br />5 Minutes <br />' SUBMITTED BY: <br />Richard M.
