Zoning Ordinance and Public Hearing - 6:30 <br />P.M. <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The proposed text amendment would add "Ethanol Fuel Production <br />(Residential, Personal Use Only) to all residential districts except for the <br />High Density Residential District as a Permitted Based on Standards <br />(PBS) use. It would also add "Ethanol Fuel Production Small and Medium <br />Plants" as defined in the Code of Federal Regulations, to the General <br />Industrial District as a Permitted Based on Standards (PBS) use. The <br />new text is printed in red. Please see the following materials for additional <br />information. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />1. Receive staff report. <br />2. Hold public hearing. <br />3.
