(Tabled from March to April 18) <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />On November 18, 2010, the Planning and Zoning Commission considered <br />a request to rezone approximately 2.61 acres from 0/1 (Office /Institutional) <br />to O /LC (Office /Limited Commercial). The property is located on Pioneer <br />Mill Road near the intersection of Highway 24/27. The Planning and <br />Zoning Commission voted to approve the rezoning request (7 -2). An <br />appeal has been filed regarding the case, therefore the Board of <br />Commissioners must hold a de novo hearing and render a final decision. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />1. Receive staff report. <br />2. Hold public hearing. <br />3. Motion to approve or deny rezoning case RZON2010- 00007. <br />4. Consistency statement consideration. <br />5.
