A New Beginning <br />Counseling Services & CJPP Application for Continuation of <br />Implementation Funding - $131,347 <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Genesis provides services as identified on Exhibit A to offenders <br />sentenced to the Cabarrus County Criminal Justice Partnership Program <br />(CJPP). The County receives annual grant funding from the <br />State to cover most or all of this cost. The term of the contract is July <br />1 through June 30, 2012. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to approve the contract between Cabarrus County and Genesis ... A <br />New Beginning Counseling Services for FY 2012 totaling $131,347 <br />subject to approval of the FY 2012 annual budget and /or revisions by the <br />County Attorney.
