Association of County Commissioners) 2010 Outstanding County <br />Program Award. The program was selected by a distinguished panel of <br />judges from across North Carolina. A representative of the NCACC will <br />present the award at the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners <br />meeting in April as part of their celebration of National County <br />Government Month.
