Bachelors of Christian Management and Leadership <br />The Christian management and leadership major focuses on the ethical issues required for effective <br />Christian leadership in organizational operations; stemming from a church to an affiliated nonprofit <br />organization. It emphasizes issues in developing professional relationships, decision - making skills, <br />communication and strategic. This major prepares the student to perform both at the operational and <br />administrative levels of an organization, utilizing business concepts. <br />Graduate Programg <br />Masters of Religious Studies <br />The Master of Religious Studies (M.R.S.) is a first level, non- professional degree and represents a two <br />years of study. The primary objective of the M.R.S. program is to provide an orientation to religious <br />studies, with a major interest in the Christian faith. 'file program builds on either the B.R.S. or on <br />foundational courses required for students not holding the B.R.S. <br />Masters of Religious Education <br />The Masters of Religious Education is designed to meet your professional development needs as a <br />Christian education leader. Candidates will grow in their ability to enhance God's kingdom work in <br />Christian schools or colleges and represent Christian education perspectives in the broader society. The <br />goal of this graduate program is to prepare teachers and administrators in the field of religious <br />education. <br />Doctorate of Religious Education <br />The Doctor of Religious Education is designed to meet your professional development needs as a <br />Christian education leader. Candidates will grow in their ability to enhance God's kingdom work in <br />Christian schools or colleges and represent Christian education perspectives in the broader society. The <br />goal of this graduate program is to prepare teachers and administrators in the field of religious <br />education. <br />Doctorate of Religious Studies <br />The Doctorate of Religious Studies (D.R.S.) The primary objective of the D.R.S. program is to provide <br />an orientation to religious studies, with a major interest in the Christian faith. The program builds on <br />either the M.R.S. and provides the learner with a substantive understanding of various faiths. <br />Woodson Preparatory Academy (Fall 2011) <br />This day program is designed for young men who have completed their high school curriculum yet still <br />require some additional academic preparation and credit hours before proceeding to a four year degree <br />granting institution. Students attending the day preparatory academy will also partake in Woodson <br />athletic programs. <br />Rowan Cabarrus Community College General Equivalency Degree Program (Summer 2011) <br />Woodson University has partnered with RCCC Office of Adult Basic Education in the recruitment of <br />individuals to enroll in their GED programs. RCCC's Adult Basic Education and GED program will <br />utilize Woodson University space to perform these much needed programs: ABE (Adult Basic <br />Education), GED Classes, CRC (Career Readiness Certificate), and B.A.S.E.
