L —
the
June 1, 2011
Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners
c/o Kay Honeycutt, CMC
Clerk to the Board
Cabarrus County
P. 0. Box 707
Concord, N.C. 28026
Dear Cabarrus County Commissioners:
Allan Krusell, MD, has served as a member of the Cabarrus Health Alliance Board
representing the Cabarrus County Medical Society since August 2003. Dr. Krusell's current
term of office ends on June 30, toll, and he has indicated that he would like to serve an
additional term.
Dr. Krusell's background in infectious disease as well as his commitment and dedication to
public health in Cabarrus County has made him an invaluable asset to the Cabarrus Health
Alliance Board. He is always well prepared for Board meetings and is an active participant in
discussions. He is highly regarded by our Board members and staff, because he always
maintains his position on doing what is best for public health as well as for the taxpayers of
Cabarrus County. He is a true fiscal conservative.
As Cabarrus Health Alliance prepares to relocate to its new facility next year, it is important
that we maintain a strong and experienced Board of Health, Dr. Krusell has demonstrated
Ns ability to serve effectively, and would be a great asset. Finding physicians who are willing
to give of their time as generously as Dr. Krusell has and are active participants is difficult.
Your support of Dr. Krusell's reappointment is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Charles C. Phillips, Chairman
Cabarrus Health Alliance Board
1307 South Cannon Boulevard * Kannapolis, North Carolina 28083 Attachment number 3
Phone: 704 -920 -1000 • Fax: 704 -W3 -3345 • www.CabarrusHealth.or- Page 312
