Mr. Michael Quickel was appointed to this position in 2000 and <br />has served 11 consecutive years. Therefore, an exception to the "length <br />of service" provision of the Appointment Policy would be needed to <br />reappoint Mr. Quickel. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Solicit advice from Concord, Harrisburg, Kannapolis and Mt.
