Consistent with the goals and objectives of activities assisted under the act, we will take <br />the following steps to minimize the displacement of persons from their homes: <br />1. No housing unit will be demolished that, after inspection, has been found to be <br />in such structural condition that it can be repaired for $25.00 per square foot <br />up to a maximum of $25,000 per structure. <br />2.
