Cabarrus County Parks Department P.O. Box 707, Concord, NC 28026 -0707 MATCHING INCENTIVE GRANT SCORING SYSTEM Applicant Project Name The Parks Commission and Staff will use the following scoring system to rate applications for Matching Incentive Grants. The Commission will make recommendations for funding to the Board of Commissioners, however, all grant applications will be submitted to the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners for their review and approval. Provide all pertinent information.
