1792 <br />rf <br />NOTICE OF SUBMISSION TO THE CABARRUS COUNTY BOARD OF <br />COMMISSIONERS OF PROPOSED UNIFORM SCHEDULES OF VALUES, <br />STANDARDS, AND RULES FOR 2012 COUNTY -WIDE REVALUATION <br />TAKE NOTICE that the proposed uniform schedules of values, standards, <br />and rules to be used in appraising real property in Cabarrus County at its true <br />value and at its present -use value have been submitted to the Cabarrus County <br />Board of Commissioners and are available for public inspection in the office of <br />the County Assessor, Cabarrus County Governmental Center, 65 Church Street, <br />S.E., Concord, North Carolina. A copy of the proposed uniform schedules of <br />values, standards, and rules may be viewed on the County's website: <br />www.cabarruscounty.us under Hot Topics. A public hearing will be held by the <br />Board of County Commissioners at 6:30 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter <br />as people may be heard, on Monday, September 19, 2011, at the Cabarrus <br />County Governmental Center, 65 Church Street S.E., Concord, North Carolina for <br />the purpose of considering the proposed schedules.
