CABARRUS COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION STUDY <br />Leslie D. Adams as the President of PSSi, will serve as the corporate project <br />administrator Further, he will participate as on -site project manager and will insure <br />all aspects of the review and evaluation are addressed. <br />John M. Best -will be the coordinator of the on -site conferences process and will be <br />responsible for the level of service, value of structures and public education aspects <br />of this project. <br />Mark Davis will be responsible safety, special team operations, training <br />William A. Ale will be responsible for the special set operations and equipment <br />aspects of the assessment effort. <br />Bob McNally will provide the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) analysis <br />related assessment and planning capability to support the fire station location and <br />related resources assessments. He will also, provide incident location review and <br />analysis capability. <br />Kari Foster will provide all administrative support and graphics work for the project. <br />PROJECT APPROACH <br />We will complete the tasks outlined in the Scope of Services in eight (8) distinct but <br />interrelated stets data collection; interviews with key individuals; on -site observations in the <br />job environment; analysis of data; comparative analyzes; alternatives and recommendations; <br />submission of a well - documented report and oral briefings. <br />Step 1: Data Collection <br />In this step, we will collect workload data, staffing data, information on fire stations and <br />rescue squad stations, and a listing of all apparatus.
