At the first <br />regular meeting in December, the first item of business shall be the approval of <br />the previous meeting minutes. The second item of business shall be the election <br />of a chair and vice -chair for the ensuing year. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />1. Open the floor for nominations for the position of Vice Chairman. <br />2. Close nominations. <br />3.
