CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />JANUARY 19, 2010 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />Consent Agenda <br />SUBJECT: <br />Finance -Property Easements for the AT Allen Replacement Elementary <br />School - $20,000 <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />On January 4, 2010, the Cabarrus County Board of Education (BOE) is <br />scheduled to approve the purchase of property easements from the <br />following landowners: James and Emily Love ($10,000), Alan C. Maulden <br />($5,000), and Donald S. Maulden ($5,000). The Board of Education <br />requests the Cabarrus County Commissioners approve the easements <br />and pay the easements out of the AT Allen Replacement Elementary <br />School land budget. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to approve the purchase and payment of the property easements <br />between the Cabarrus County Board of Education and landowners: <br />James and Emily Love, Alan C. Maulden, and Donald S.
