Loge: <br />At the request of the Cabarrus County Board of Education (the "Board"). 1 am sending you the <br />enclosed (a) Utilih Easement Agreement kl, ~ahereb~ you ~~~ould grant a permanent easement on your <br />property (the parcel deeded to you in 1996) along Miami Church Rd. for underground utilities and (b) <br />l;tilih Easement Agreement #2. ~~'hereb~ xou ~~ould grant hvo permanent easements on your property <br />(the 8.12? acre tract deeded to you in 2002). the first. Utility L-asement Area ".4". along Miami Church <br />Rd., and the second. Utilit,~ Easement Area "B°~. in the back portion of the propem. All three easements <br />are to enable the Cabarrus Count` Board of Education to construct and install utilities for the benefit of a <br />ne~~ elementan school being consU•ucted off of Miami Church Road. <br />As rou hay a discussed pre~~iously ~> ith Len \\'itke of the School District. in exchange for you prop iding <br />the requested easements. the Board ~~ ill pa~~ you: (1) a one time fee of $2.500.00 for the easement set <br />forth in Utiliq Easement Agreement ~ 1. (2) a one time fee of $2,500.00 for the easement contained in <br />Utility Easement Area `'A" and set forth in Utility Easement Agreement t~2. and (3) a one time fee of <br />$5.000.00 for the easement contained in Utilir`~ Easement Area "B" and set fo--th in Utili>1 Easement <br />Agreement #2. <br />Please contact Len \\'itke should you ha~c any questions regarding the Boards proposal or the attached <br />,4greements.
