(passing an iron at 17.43 feet) for a total distance of 341.34 feet to an iron in the line of lames Paul Avett (Rosa Bonds Fink Estate); thence with the line of Avett N. 79-30-49 E. 316.62 feet to an iron; thence continuing with the tine of Avett N. 19-45- LS E. 423.42 feet to an iron; thence continuing with the line of Avett N. 18-34-57 E. 472.23 feet to an iron, a corner of William Bass; thence a new line S. 73-48-04 East (passing an iron at 300 feet) for a total distance of 331.28 feet to a point within Abilene Road; thence with the center of Abilene Road nine courses and distances follows: .
