The designations Grantor and Grantee as used herein shall include said parties, their heirs, successors, and assigns, and shall include singular, plural, masculine, feminine of neuter as ' required by context, ' WITNES5ETH: that- The Grantor, for a valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is , hereby acknowledged, has and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the ' Grantee all of the right, title and interest of Grantor in and to those Right-of-Way and Easement Agreements and/or Deeds and any Right-of-Way Encroachment Agreements [with the N.C. Forcemain and Dutch Buffalo Creek Sewer Interceptor" and the "Back Creek Interceptor Supplement" located in Cabarrus County, North Carolina, including, but not ' limited to, such right, title and interest in and to the Rights-of-Way and Easements, the Deeds and Right-of-Way Encroachments [with the N.C. Department of Transportation ("DOT")], more particularly described and set forth in Exhibit A, Exhibit B and Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
