CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />MAY 17, 2010 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />Consent Agenda <br />SUBJECT: <br />Commerce -Sewer and Water System Agreement -Pokeberry Trail <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Cabarrus County staff is working with the City of Concord to provide <br />sewer and possibly water service to residents in Poplar Trails. The <br />project would be funded with Northwest Water and Sewer fee funds. <br />Cabarrus County is required as part of a legal settlement with Concord to <br />expend the funds on infrastructure projects in the Northwest district.
