Stakeholder Interviews <br />• Additional phone conversations and in-person meetings with stakeholders <br />(developers, at Harrisburg's request). <br />Phase II: Plan Framework <br />E. Master Plan <br />• Refined preferred alternative, or "Master Plan". <br />F. Preparation of Development Illustrations <br />• Finalized development illustrations (i.e., subdivision options and density <br />bonus) to further explain master plan concepts and recommendations <br />initially presented at work session(s) with AC and elected and appointed <br />officials. <br />G. Phase 11 Summary /Advisory Committee Meeting <br />• Conducted the 4/6/10 meeting with appointed and elected officials. <br />• Prepared meeting notes. <br />• Reviewed input delivered to County and Town staff (by 4/23/10) to inform <br />decisions about policy recommendations and Implementation Strategy. <br />• Synthesized and summarized input received with County and Town staff <br />via email. <br />Phase III: Implementation Strategy <br />A.
