Connectivity Summary: <br />The proposed parcel will serve as the first piece to the Southern Mt. Pleasant <br />Greenway. When this greenway is complete it will provide a connection to Mt. <br />Pleasant Bike Route to the to the little buffalo creek. This bike rout connects Mount <br />Pleasant to Midland, and can be road north to Camp Spencer Park. These land owners <br />have expressed an interest in developing their properties or selling them for <br />development. Without a quick response to conserve this property, the opportunity <br />could easily be lost. Furthermore, the current property market provides an <br />opportunity that will not exist in the future. <br />Project Proposal <br />Protection via conservation easement, fee, or both: <br />The parcel would be attained fee simple ownership.
