These funds are utilized by the Cabarrus County <br />Aging, Social Services, Commerce, Transportation Departments and <br />Cabarrus Meals on Wheels to provide services and /or support to older <br />adults of Cabarrus County. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to approve HCCBG Funding Plan FY'2011 as recommended by <br />the HCCBG Advisory Committee. <br />EXPECTED LENGTH OF PRESENTATION: <br />SUBMITTED BY: <br />Michael L.
