CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />AUGUST 16, 2010 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />Consent Agenda <br />SUBJECT: <br />EDC - Presentation and Review of the Economic Development Public <br />Investor Agreement (4 -Month Extension of Contract) <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />A number of representatives from the EDC (Economic Development <br />Corporation) attended the August agenda work session and reviewed a <br />version of the Economic Development Public Investor Agreement.
