McClure Upon His Retirement from the Cabarrus <br />County Sheriff's Department <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Sgt. Dennis McClure will retire from the Cabarrus County Sheriff's <br />Department on August 31, 2010. It is requested that his service weapon, <br />a Sig Sauer, Model P226, Serial No. U71604140 and his badge, be <br />declared surplus and awarded to him for the price of $1.00 upon his <br />retirement, pursuant to N.C. General Statute 20- 187.2. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to declare surplus and authorize the award of a service weapon <br />(Sig Sauer Model P226, 40 Caliber, Serial No. U716041) and badge for <br />the price of $1 to Sgt. Dennis McClure upon his retirement from the <br />Sheriff's Department, pursuant to N.C.
