Coleman Bou- <br />levard, _ Cabarrus Avenue West and Brown <br />Street In Concord, .North Carolina (PIN #'s <br />5620234056,' b820238271, ' 5620229833` and <br />5620211889). <br />This shall be a donated sale of real property on <br />condition that the real property be used for de- <br />velopment of a low Income housing community <br />and Is done pursuant to the provisions of N.C. <br />Gen.
