Legal Description <br />BEING all of that certain piece or parcel of real property located in the City of Concord, <br />Cabarrus County, North Carolina, containing approximately 1135 acres, and being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of Pitts School Road at the northern intersection <br />with Shenandoah Drive, said point being the point and place of BEGINNING; thence from said <br />point and place of beginning with the common line of the property now or formerly owned by <br />Larry Jones (Deed Book 2543, Page 139 in the Cabarrus County Public Registry) (the "Jones <br />Property") South 79 -38 -06 East 455.00 feet to a point, said point being the southeastern corner of <br />the Jones Property; thence with the common line of Shenandoah Estates, Part 1 (Map Book 13, <br />Page 26) South 04 -55 -54 West 986.62 feet to a point, said point being the northeastern comer of <br />the property now or formerly owned by Cornerstone Presbyterian Church (Deed Book 756 at <br />Page 377) (the "Cornerstone Property "); thence with the common line of the Cornerstone <br />Property North 83 -24 -36 West 522.13 feet to a point in the centerline of Pitts School Road; <br />thence with the centerline of Pitts School Road the following two (2) courses and distances: (1) <br />North 04 -04 -55 East 138.43 feet to a point and (2) North 09 -33 -54 East 879.05 feet to the point <br />and place of BEGINNING. <br />The foregoing legal description was derived from that certain preliminary plat entitled <br />"Savannah Glenn — Preliminary Plat ", dated September 7, 2004 and drawn by King Engineering <br />of, Robert J.
