CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 20, 2010 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />Appointments to Boards and Committees <br />SUBJECT: <br />Appointment - Criminal Justice Partnership Program <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Ms. Revella Nesbitt (mental health ex officio) and Mr. David Calloway <br />(probation /parole) recently resigned from the CJPP advisory board. It is <br />requested that Ms. LaShay Avery be appointed to complete Ms. Nesbitt's <br />unexpired term and Ms. Quinn be appointed to complete Mr. <br />Calloway's unexpired term. <br />Exceptions to the Appointment Policy (service on multiple boards and <br />residency provisions) are also requested for Ms. Avery.
