Preparation of Draft Plan <br />• Continued creation of the report (Draft #2), incorporating revisions as <br />directed by the AC and the elected and appointed officials. <br />• Continued refinements to maps to be incorporated into the plan. <br />• Refined illustrations that were identified as suitable for the final report or <br />the appendix. <br />B. Third Community Meeting <br />• Conducted Third Community Meeting on 7 -27 -10 to display final maps and <br />illustration and discuss plan details with citizens and other stakeholders in <br />attendance. <br />Phase V: Plan Adoption <br />Ad number 2 <br />1 -2 <br />
