Springfield Free Public Library/Township of Springfield Cost Proposal Vendor to Provide Costs on the Following: Hardware • The vendor is welcome to include optional pricing on other products and services; however the mandatory form must be used. Provide costs for a Production Server that will easily manage the 5 -year growth projections. Include all third -party software for database, client- access, back -up, and a 3 -year on -site warranty. Also quote a UPS and an initial quantity of back -up tapes. • Provide costs for an optional Training Server for training and testing new releases. Include all third -party software for database, client- access and 3 -year on -site warranty. • Provide costs for other servers (i.e. Phone Services, PAC etc) as required.
