Watts /Senior Planner <br />Subject: Reservation of Capacity and Capacity Schedule for Olive Woods <br />Date: 9/23/2010 <br />Wayne Cline, acting as POA for Emily R. <br />requesting a Reservation of Capacity for the <br />consists of 5 single family units on +/- 25.1 7 <br />Cabarrus County, North Carolina. <br />School Capacity Review <br />Cline, (2300 Sunset Road, Charlotte, NC 28216) is <br />Olive Woods residential subdivision project, which <br />acres located off Mt. Olive Road in unincorporated <br />The Olive Woods residential subdivision project is expected to produce approximately 2 elementary <br />students, 1 middle school student and 1 high school student for a total of 4 students. The schools <br />impacted by the project are Mt. Pleasant Elementary School, Mt.
