With this letter, I offer to repurchase the irregular shaped land parcel consisting of an <br />estimated 1.31 acres lying along the west side of Shimpock Road that is fully contiguous <br />to my 7.04 acre homestead tract. I am willing to pay the County a rate of $2,906.13 per <br />acre for the repurchase of this "excess° land not necessary for public use, as was <br />originally set forth in the purchase agreement with my father and mother. Assuming that <br />the 1.31 acres is an accurate estimate, this would put the total repurchase price for this <br />land parcel at $3,807.03. <br />I understand that the final total purchase price of this land parcel is subject to a land <br />survey which will be required to establish new pins and corners extending all the way <br />from my existing property corners to the Shimpock Road boundary line. <br />I will be contacting you within the next week to schedule an appointment to discuss this <br />land purchase request.
