CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 15, 2010 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />New Business <br />SUBJECT: <br />Commerce - Atando Road Public Right -of -Way Abandonment Public <br />Hearing - 6:30 P.M. <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The North Carolina Transportation Board approved the request from <br />Cabarrus County to abandon maintenance on a portion of Atando Road <br />(see attached map) on October 7, 2010.
