2. The Board of Commissioners hereby approves the plan of financing as <br />required by Section 147(f) of the Code. <br />3. The issuance of the Bond in the principal amount of $100,000,000 is <br />hereby approved in principle for purposes of Section 159C -4 of the Act. <br />4.
