REVENUE BONDS TO BE I SSUED <br />BY THE CABARRUS COUNTY I NDUSTRI AL FACI LI TI ES <br />AND POLLUTION CONTROL FINANCING AUTHORITY <br />n SHARE <br />Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus County will hold a public <br />Quick Links hearing on November 15, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the hearing is held), N <br />in the Governmental Center, 65 Church Street, Concord, North Carolina, concerning the <br />► Home issuance and sale by The Cabarrus County Industrial Facilities and Pollution Control <br />Financing Authority (the "Authority ") of its Recovery Zone Facility Bonds (Carolina USA <br />► About Cabarrus County Partners, LLC Project), Series 2010 (the "Bonds ") in an amount not to exceed $100,000,000, <br />► Government the proceeds of which will be loaned to Carolina USA Partners, LLC, a North Carolina limited <br />► Board of liability company, or an affiliate or subsidiary thereof (the "Company ") to be used to finance <br />Commissioners the acquisition, construction and equipping of the purchase of the existing Philip Morris USA <br />► Boards and manufacturing facility and the renovation of such facility into an industrial mail (the <br />Committees "Project "), consisting of a total of approximately 3.5 million square feet located on an <br />► Public approximately 1,264 acre tract located at 2321 Concord Parkway South, Concord, Cabarrus <br />Hearings/ Notices County, North Carolina. The Project will be owned by the Company or an affiliate or <br />► Schedule subsidiary of the Company. The Project is expected to create approximately 2,500 new jobs <br />in Cabarrus County.
