b. Corner lots shall have the building setback for <br />principle structures measured thirty feet for the <br />edge of the pavement of each right -of -way. <br />C. A masonry curtain wall shall not <br />be required for installations in a Manufactured Home Park or in <br />the AO zoning district, in those cases other compatible <br />materials may be used. <br />4. The Dwelling shall be attached to a permanent foundation <br />system in compliance with the N.C. State Building Code as may <br />be amended, and the following requirements: <br />5. All wheels, axles, transporting lights and removable towing <br />apparatus shall be permanently removed prior to installation of <br />the dwelling unit. Hitches may remain, but shall be screened <br />from view unless located within a manufactured home park. <br />6.
