CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />DECEMBER 20, 2010 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />Consent Agenda <br />SUBJECT: <br />Parks Dept. - Approval of PARTF Grant Application Request for Rob <br />Wallace Park <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The Rob Wallace Park PARTF (Parks and Recreation Trust Fund) <br />grant application did not receive funding in 2010. The application and <br />masterplan were updated after meeting with the Recreation Resource <br />Consultant to develop strategies on how to improve the grant application <br />score, which included the inclusion of the 2010 Cabarrus County Citizen <br />Survey results, minor content clarifications and visual changes to the site <br />plan. No funding is requested at this time.
