Because of the hydrologic and topographic situation at the site the <br />probability for intact significant cultural resources is highly unlikely. However, if during the course <br />of construction or field investigations cultural resources or human remains are accidentally <br />uncovered we will cease construction activities and immediately notify the North Carolina Office <br />of State Archeology. <br />7.
