(' WARREN & ASSOCIATES <br />5.4 Approved Subdivisions <br />Single - family and townhouse subdivisions that are under construction or proposed in the <br />Planning Area have been documented in order to determine the remaining supply of entitled lots. <br />For the purpose of this report, under construction subdivisions have infrastructure in place and <br />are actively marketing lots. Proposed subdivisions have received entitlement, but no site work <br />has begun. Subdivisions are shown on Map 5. <br />5.4.1 Under Construction <br />There are 13 residential subdivisions under construction in the Planning Area (Table 13). The <br />subdivisions range in size from 501 approved lots at Canterbury Estates to 20 approved lots at <br />Sloop Estates at Rocky River Crossing. Of the 1,921 approved lots in the Planning Area, 717 <br />lots, 37.3% of the total, have not been issued a building permit.
