Subtracting forecasted 2008 through 2020 demand of 855,098 <br />square feet leaves a remaining development capacity of 2.4 million square feet in 2020. <br />After 2020, community development is likely to accelerate in response to the outward migration <br />of jobs from Charlotte and new employment centers emerging along current and future <br />transportation corridors.
