The project consists of 69 single-family residential lots on <br />approximately 80.68 acres located on Old Camden Road. The project <br />received preliminary plat approval from the Town of Midland Planning and <br />Zoning Board on November 7, 2007. A Consent Agreement was approved <br />by the Commissioners at the January 20, 2009 meeting for 11 lots to <br />be platted in 2009 and the status of the remaining 59 lots to be <br />determined at a future date. The developer has amended the buildout <br />schedule to no more than 27 platted lots in 2009 (including the previously <br />approved 11), no more than 37 platted lots in 2010, and no more than 5 <br />platted lots in 2011. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to consider approval of the Consent Agreement between Cabarrus <br />County and Wyndham Estates, LLC for the Wyndham Estates <br />subdivision, including the payment of $4,034.00 per lot to advance school <br />adequacy with payment due at final platting.
