Watts/Senior Planner <br />Subject: Reservation of Capacity and Capacity Schedule for River Hills <br />Date: 3/ 11 /2009 <br />Real Value Development Inc., (1201 Odell School Road, Concord, NC 28027) is requesting a <br />reservation of capacity for the River Hills residential subdivision project, which consists of 180 single <br />family units on +/- 90.29 acres located off Central Heights Drive in the ~ North <br />Carolina. ' <br />School Capacity Review <br />The River Hills residential subdivision project is expected to produce approximately 57 elementary <br />students, 25 middle school students and 22 high schools students for a total of 104 students. The <br />schools impacted by the project are Rocky River Elementary School, C.C.
