Monument "Gaylan" having North Carolina grid coordinates <br />N.A.D. '83 of N=601,514.942 feet and E=1,521,636.379 feet; thence with the Westerly right of <br />way of said Highway 601, along an arc of a circular curve to the left, having a radius of 2013.00 <br />feet, an arc length of 405.22 feet and a chord bearing and distance of S 42-08-21 E, 404.54 feet <br />to a found 1/2" machined rod a common corner with Randy Dale Thomas and wife Deborah <br />Parker Thomas (Deed Book 2510, Page 131); thence departing said right of way and with the <br />rear lot lines of Thomas, Viola H. Thomas, and Roy R. Thomas and wife Virginia E.
