The proposed text amendment includes <br />several changes to expand the list of permitted landscape materials, to <br />correct typos and to revise the buffer table to include the OI zoning <br />district. Please see the attached memo for a complete description of the <br />proposed text amendment. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />1. Hold a public hearing. <br />2.
