The project consists of 153 townhome units <br />' on approximately +/- 21.43 acres located at the intersection of Pitts <br />School Road and NC Highway 29 North in the City of Concord, North <br />Carolina. The project received a preliminary plat approval from the City of <br />Concord Planning and Zoning Commission on January 15, 2008. The <br />Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners approved a Reservation of <br />' Capacity for this project on June 16, 2008. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />' Motion to consider approval of the Adequate Public Facilities Mitigation <br />Agreement between Cabarrus County and Coddle Creek Development <br />Group, LLC for the Jacob's Landing Townhome project.
