AT ALLEN REPLACEMENT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL EXHIBIT A Legal Description All that certain lot or parcel of land situated in the Number Eleven (11) Township, CABARRUS County, North Carolina and more particularly described as follows: Lying and being in Number Eleven Township, Cabarrus County, North Carolina, containing 28 acres and being located in the northwest intersection of Abilene Road and Miami Church Road, and being bounded on the north and east by Abilene Road, on the west by Rosa Bonds Fink Estate and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron within the right-of--way of Abilene Road and near the intersection of Abilene Road and Miami Church Road (said iron being located three courses and distances from the northwest rear corner of Norris Franklin Barringer (Deed Book 429, page 296): First, from said northwest corner of Barringer S. 26-56-42 W. 243.48 to aright-of--way monument; Second, N. 50-29-25 W. 31.24 feet to a point in the intersection of Abilene Road; and Third, N. 68-37-03 W. 25.35 feet to the Beginning point) and runs thence from said Beginning point N. 68-37-03 W. 1309.72 feet to an iron; thence N. 42-56-OS W. (passing an iron at 17.43 feet) for a total distance of 341.34 feet to an iron in the line of James Paul Avett (Rosa Bonds Fink Estate); thence with the line of Avett N. 79-30-49 E. 316.62 feet to an iron; thence continuing with the line of Avett N. 19-45-15 E. 423.42 feet to an iron; thence continuing with the line of Avett N. 18-34-57 E. 472.23 feet to an iron, a corner of William Bass; thence a new line S. 73-48-04 East (passing an iron at 300 feet) for a total distance of 331.28 feet to a point within Abilene Road; thence with the center of Abilene Road nine courses and distances as follows: 1. S. 00-14-59 E. 71.16 feet to an iron 2. With the centerline of said road as it curves in a southeasterly counterclockwise direction at a radius of 663.09 feet for an arc distance of 312.54 feet to an iron 3. S. 27-15-20 E. 47.16 feet to an iron 4. With the centerline as it curves in a southeasterly counterclockwise direction at a radius of 659.48 feet for an arc distance of 357.13 feet to an iron 5. Thence with the centerline of said road as it curves in a southeasterly clockwise direction at a radius of 586.66 feet for an arc distance of 307.78 feet to an iron 7. S. 21-00-12 E. 48.63 feet to an iron 8. Thence with the centerline as it curves in a southeasterly clockwise direction at a radius of 230.14 feet for an arc distance of 168.15 feet to an iron 9.
