Ms. Carolyn Carpenter, JCPC Chair, <br />requests that Marta Meares be appointed to fill Ms. Bost's unexpired term. <br />The JCPC also recommends the removal of District Attorney/Designee <br />appointee Ben Goff from the roster. Mr. Darrin Gamradt has been <br />approved by the committee to fill this unexpired term. An exception to the <br />residency provision of the appointment policy will be needed for Mr. <br />Gamradt. <br />Also, the JCPC recommends the appointment of Mr. Luke Szabo as the <br />t Sheriff's Department Designee to fill an unexpired term left vacant by Mr. <br />John Wilson. <br />' REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to accept Ms. Bost's resignation and to remove her, Mr. Ben Goff <br />' (District Attorney/Designee), and Mr. John Wilson (Sheriff/Designee) from <br />the JCPC roster. <br />' Motion to appoint Ms. Marta Meares as an At-Large appointee to fill an <br />unexpired term ending September 30, 2009 and to appoint Mr. Luke <br />Szabo as the Sheriff/Designee to fill an unexpired term ending on <br />' September 30, 2010. <br />' Motion to make an exception to the residency provision of the <br />appointment policy and appoint Mr. Darrin Gamradt to fill an unexpired <br />term ending June 30, 2010. <br />' H-4 <br />Page 169 of 199 <br />
