A copy of the Notice of <br />Public Meeting from the Independent Tribune on February 20, 2009 is attached. The public <br />meeting will be held on Monday, March 23, 2009 from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm in the <br />Commissioners Meeting Room at the Cabarrus County Government Center in Concord, <br />North Caroluta.
