In the event County deems the performance of Physician or NP to be disruptive to County's place of business or detrimental to the health or safety of County's Clients, County may request that such Physician or NP be removed from the schedule of the Center. Upon receipt of such notice, Provider shall notify Physician or NP of County's request and the Physician or NP shall be treated in accordance with Provider's policies and procedures.
